United Kingdom as a priority - if you live outside the United Kingdom, please email us with your enquiry and we will do our best to help out (subject to Brexit and other regulations).

What Is Your Exchange/Return Policy?

Refunds would always be executed in line with your statutory rights like if we did not deliver the service that you requested for example. If we have to remake an item because it got damaged in transit, we would reproduce the order within the next 90 days free of charge including free delivery but only if you have complied fully with our remake policy. What usually happens after ordering?

Your order will be confirmed via email and someone from our office may also give you a courtesy call to find out if you are happy to proceed. Your order may be assembled by hand and this means that there will be a period of time allocated for production. Delivery is normally organised one day after your order has been properly packaged. An invoice or other document will always be provided for all the choices that you entered at the checkout.
