Dubocado offers an experience based upon the provision of goods that are often personalised or made to order. A lot of hard work has been organised to show all products and collections with full accuracy, but what you actually see will depend on the monitor or other settings for your computerised system.

1 - WAYS TO HELP - Services on offer are highly skilled and specialised but always check everything before you buy here. All necessary information is provided on a product page. A certain period will need to be allocated for production, so please, give us the necessary time to create your order. Here are some tools to build your custom more efficiently. They are presently known as;

​

Buddy Image service / Illustré - you can include your favorite photograph(s) for us to deliver a handpainted illustration under our Illustré service. One selfie can always be uploaded on our product page; if your prefer, your image(s) can also be collected by any other medium like via direct messenger services. Any photograph(s) that you wish to submit will not be returned to you. Your order may be affected by a short delay if you happen to request this service.

Free guidance & consultation - this free consultation is like a greet and meet. Firstly, you will be reassured that the service is genuine. Secondly, it will give us the chance to clarify how you can place an order with us. This free consultation is usually provided via video conferencing or other the telephone. For more details, go here.

E-sample - An e-sample is a photographic proof showing an order content after production. Sometimes, a sample will be issued to show you what you have purchased or to seek a final approval. This sample is usually sent out to your inbox along with any other information that is relevant to your choice(s).

The Bon Ami Membership - You can become a member by holding a registered account and you will have access to the V.I.P treatment. The information concerning your benefits are clearly listed on the Bon Ami page. Your membership details will be sent to your inbox or by post subject to circumstances. You are fully responsible for safeguarding these details in particular and as a way to take full advantage of all benefits under this membership. If your details are lost, your membership details can only be issued again subject to a request being forwarded in writing to merci@dubocado.com. There will be an administration fee fixed at £16 to provide those details again or to renew them within the relevant period. Once acquired, your membership can always be cancelled, but it is not refundable.

The gift seeker service - This offer is available if you need for us to seek or make a gift for you. Goods are handmade and personalised on a limited basis or under an exclusive collection. You will need to register an order on a particular plan here; once received, we will do the rest. Your order will always be professionally gift wrapped. Every order being successuflly registered with us will be granted a time period for production and a delivery. It is therefore your sole responsibliity to insure that you have placed an order that will arrive in time for your event or special occasion. Please note that your choice will be personalised under the gift seeker collection and our refund policy applies..

The pre-order; this service is available when an order needs more time than normal to be produced. For example, this would be the case if you opted for services like the illustré or a poem writing as part of your purchase. Soon thereafter, someone from the office will contact you with a courtesy call and to ascertain any clarification if necessary. You will be given an estimate for when your order will be ready like here. This particular time may be affected by events out of our control such as delays or strikes affecting the running of all facilities. You will be informed accordingly if a delivery is going to be later than planned. If that is the case, a free gifting surprise worth the value of £25 will also be included with your delivery. Once your order is ready, an e-sample will be sent out to your inbox and a time for dispatch can be confirmed. All related information can be found on a product page but may also be provided by email or text.

Waiting list; Services can be very popular; as a result, your order may need to be placed on a waiting list. If that is the case, you will receive a pre warning via email along with our well wishing notice card; this art card will notify you or the bearer that a surprise is in the making and that everything will be with them very soon. If you need more information, please request clarification here before placing your order with us.

Please note that your order can only be accepted if it has been placed correctly and if the payment from your credit card provider has been fully authorised. If you do not place your order correctly, we will have the legal right to cancel the offer.

2 - OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS​ - Illustrations, text, graphics and photographs are often displayed on this website. We hold all relevant copyright and artistic licenses. Except when declared otherwise, you must obtain full permission to do the following acts;
 

  • copy, reproduce, use, or negotiate any content produced by us;

  • modify, distribute or republish any content from this website and for any purpose;

  • reproduce the website, perform framing to this website, to any other website, or from any other website;

  • use our content for any commercial exploitation.


If these rights are not fully respected by you, please understand that everything will be done to defend them.

3 - TAILOR-MADE SERVICE​ - It is your responsibility to make sure that all instructions are forwarded correctly and for your order to be personalised properly. For example, please make sure that your text entry is spelt correctly. When you decide to include a photograph for example, please insure that you respect the copyright rule (i.e; you must be the creator or the owner of that image in particular or your purchase will not go ahead).

 

Your image(s) must be provided in JPEG or PNG format only. Any other format will not be accepted. Your selfie will need to be posted at 1000 pixels maximum. If you decide to use a scanning device, you ought to make sure that all settings have been fixed at 300 DPI (or dots per inch). If you do not comply with this request, we will not be able to produce the correct design thereafter.


Please note that there may be a need to modify the content of your order and for us to be able to provide the service that you have chosen (such as changing a size or a color tone and for everything to fit together, for example). You accept that it is not our legal responsibility to return any image or data back to you.

You agree that no action will be undertaken against us if your order happens to be displayed publicly, like on the social platform of our choosing, for example. You also grant us the permission and any other license to advertise that content as we see fit. You agree that all these practices will only be applicable to fulfill all obligations under a contract of purchase and nothing else.

​

When you choose any option on a product page, you agree that your are offering a suggestion only and that (a) the choices that you have presented for your order are the correct ones, (b) our terms and conditions define the contract of purchase, (c) the order cannot be changed at a later date.

 

Your purchase will be delivered within the legal period of 30 days as a standard practice and after ordering from our website.. At times, your selection may need to take longer than normal due to the intricacy of the work involved, for example. This means that your purchase might need to take a place on our waiting list (i.e.; due to particular demands and restrictions or due to being registered during a busy period). If that is the case, a date for a delivery would always be estimated. You will always be contacted by email and we will always offer you a dispatch update when necessary. ​

4 - YOUR OBLIGATIONS​ - You are obliged to provide truthful information. You cannot present, keep or publicise any information that is defamatory, insulting, obscene, threatening, transphobic, homophobic, xenophobic or racist. You cannot use any other identity to place an order like passwords or access codes, and especially if they belong to another individual. You are not permitted to present, keep or share any content that would intrude upon a third party and especially if your action(s) happen to promote any violent act or, any form of discrimination or, any other kind of offence. You cannot introduce, store or propagate any program, data, virus, or code, or any other electronic or physical equipment that is likely to cause damage to this website, or to any of its services, and operative channels. You cannot use this website for exploitation or to store personal data that does not belong to you. If you do not respect and/or fulfill these obligations, please understand that your account will be closed.

5 - ELIGIBILITY​ - You may be asked to register and create an account when you make a purchase from this website. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself, including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number, and email address. You will need to complete all relevant section(s) as requested. Kindly ensure that all details are accurate and current. You are responsible for amending the content of your account whenever necessary and if your information or situation happens to change. Furthermore, you will need to provide payment details when placing your order with us. The payment details must all be your own. You must ensure that they are all valid and correct at the time of your purchase. You must also agree to be the person listed in the billing information. If you do not provide the necessary or correct information, we may reserve the right to cancel your order and we may feel justified in closing your account as a result.

6 - PRICES - CURRENCY​ - The currency in use is the pound sterling. As the final price appears on a product page, that amount will land inside your basket at the checkout (not including other extras whenever applicable or any other fees like postage and packing). You should not pay any additional cost, but exceptions can apply like if you ask for extras to be added or if you opt for an order to be made according to your need(*).

(*) sometimes, the opportunity to pay via an invoice or by direct bank transfer can be an option. Under these circumstances, you will be given a grace period including instructions on how to forward that payment in particular to our trader's account. Your delivery will be garanteed after payment has been cleared - or the offer will be cancelled.

 

If you were charged unfairly, you must contact us immediately; we will look at what has happened. Of course, you will be refunded any additional charges if necessary. Any refund will be organised to solely respect statutory regulations.

7 - VOUCHER CODES & OTHER SERVICES​ - Dubocado may offer vouchers and other codes to benefit your purchase. These vouchers have no cash value and they are not transferable. You cannot use a voucher other than as it is stipulated. You cannot transfer their use for any other offer or with any other purchase being registered on this website. A voucher cannot be presented as being copied, damaged or defaced, or they will not be accepted. Product descriptions, specifications or pricing are normally shown as being correct at the time of purchase but sometimes, a change may need to occur along with our right to present a substitute if necessary. Certain offers may be available under a limited edition format. We reserve the right for these offers to be refused or withdrawn at any time or without obtaining your prior consent. If these terms and conditions happen to be violated or disrespected in any way, we will withdraw the offer immediately.

You agree that Dubocado has no control over the content of these websites, nor have they been proofread, or approved in any way. If you access a website in particular, you accept that Dubocado cannot be made responsible for the content of any other link or channel or how they operate. You agree that Dubocado cannot be affiliated with any criminal offence, damage or loss that may have been endured as a direct consequence of you choosing to visit any of these websites. These conditions also apply to any posting on all social media and other networks. All comments, images, videos, and other material can be posted by third parties on any social network, but they do not directly reflect us and our opinions or ideas. You agree that Dubocado can never be held responsible or culpable for any situation that may arise under this category because such event(s) would be beyond our control.

​​9 - COOKIES - Cookies are small text files that contain your information and they are stored on the hard drive of the computer when you visit this website. Cookies help to improve this website and they are supposed to make navigation easier for you. They usually are here to:
