Any other request can also be made but you can always decline to meet with our request, and especially if the request would not have anything to do with your order, for example.

We can send you vouchers and other related information. We can communicate directly with you as a member of our site and for any operation that concerns an order. For example, we would need to collect a date of birth to make sure that you are legally entitled to complete a transaction or that you are of legal age to do so.​

If we do not hear from you again after a year, we endeavour for your information to be deleted and for your account to be closed.
